ACTIVITIES:Services and supports to the strategic and commercial planning of insurance players through market analysis projects, evaluation of the competitive positioning of operators and benchmarking of insurance offerings, both with reference to the Italian market and the main international marketsAnalysis services and support to Product and Compliance functions for regulatory compliance in the areas of POG, V4M, IDD, ...Design of processes/service models and IT implementation of tools to support distribution networks of insurance companiesDesign and implementation of new digital distribution models aimed at the end customerBusiness development, customer research and activation of new projectsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Bachelor's degree with excellent grades in business/finance or engineering disciplinesPrior experience of at least 3-4 years within insurance consulting firms, insurance companies or leading brokerage firmsKnowledge of the insurance business with a focus on product, sales, marketing and strategic planning issuesExperience in information system implementation projects supporting sales and consulting activities of insurance brokerage business networks in the area of Personal Financial PlanningSOFT SKILLS:Willingness to travel frequently throughout the countryExcellent diagnostic, problem solving, communication, work organization, time management and teamwork skillsGood knowledge of English and knowledge of a second foreign language is welcome.LOCATION:WHAT WE OFFER:COMPENSATION, WELFARE & BENEFIT Our history, as well as the future, is based on the value of our people.
