Among the European leaders in Enterprise Risk Management and Wealth & Asset Management solutions, Prometeia is looking for a resource to be included in the Strategic Advisory & Corporate Finance team. The team offers its services mainly to financial intermediaries operating in the national territory, carrying out projects in the following areas:
Strategic business planning: definition of corporate strategies and preparation of industrial plansM&A advisory: advisory in all phases of an extraordinary financial operation, from market scouting to the evaluation of individual assets/companies and from operational support in the M&A process to negotiation support to end dealsTransformation management: redesign of organizational and operational models, program management for transformation operations, evaluation of sourcing solutionsMAIN TASKS:Analysis of the operating contexts of client companies: their historical performance, main trends of their operating sector and the possible evolution of their core businessSupport in the realization of both asset and economic-financial projectionsSupport in the identification of the most appropriate KPIs for monitoring business performanceSupport in assessing the economic value of banking and industrial operators, business units and single portfolios in the context of extraordinary transactionsDrafting of functional documents for commercial development and expert opinions, as an independent third partyPreparation of estimation models and quantitative analysis on the economic, financial and asset aspectsUse of software/data provider platforms, to support the preparation of valuation analysisEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCES:Master's degree with high honors in business/financial or management engineering subjectsAt least 2-3 years of experience in the same fieldKnowledge of the local banking and financial sector (distinctive element of evaluation)Fluency in English; the knowledge of a second foreign language is a plusSOFT SKILLS:Excellent analytical skillsAptitude for problem-solving and communicationExcellent teamwork aptitudeLOCATION:[Location details here]
