You will help manage and deliver waterfall or agile projects, diverse in complexity, domain, and technology.
You will apply the standard project management methods, practices, processes, and tools ensuring that the programmes and projects are consistently following the structured Project Management framework & tooling.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform the relevant project management/PMO processes - i.e., initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control, and close, and the supporting processes e.g., scope, cost, time, issue, risk, resource, communication, stakeholder management.Develop/Support to plan the project based on a defined need – results in detailed scope/budget/schedule baseline.Develop/Support in the creation of detailed Program/Project Plans and Scheduling; keep track of quality standards, deliverables, and dependencies.Create and maintain resource plans to meet the program/project deliverables.Develop and maintain monitoring and control mechanisms to track the progress of projects at all phases.Highlight risks & issues pertaining to projects and discuss them during review meetings.Generate and publish Program health dashboards/MIS reports to various stakeholders.Support analysis of program/project metrics and generate reports pertaining to resources, critical paths, project schedules, budget vs actual spend, dependencies, etc.Execute change management tracking and reporting.Track benefits realization.Interface and communicate with program/project team, management, and stakeholders.Work within defined governance processes and adhere to all the security and organizational policies.Skills Requirements4/5 years in a Project management/PMO role.Experience of working on complex projects and programmes.Demonstrable understanding of change management.Strong knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills – must be able to communicate fluently in English both verbally and in writing.
