Senior Consultant Insurance (F/M/X)

Your tasks: As a Senior Consultant, you will support leading local and international insurance companies on various challenging topics such as strategic plans, conceptualization and implementation of new service models, improvement of the product portfolio, and re-design of the go-to-market strategy.You will review strategies, develop alternatives, and implement forward-looking concepts.You will analyze client needs and prepare your results in a structured, clear, and comprehensible manner.By taking on responsibility for your own work packages at an early stage, you will contribute to the success of the project as well as your own.Apart from your project work, you will also commit to zeb by providing speeches and articles, for example, in recruiting or innovation management.Your skills: Excellent university degree (MBA, Master's degree, or doctorate).After your degree, you have gained 2-3 years of professional experience with a consulting company focused on the insurance industry.You are analytically strong, possess excellent structuring skills, and combine strategic thinking with a high level of implementation expertise.In project teams, you are inquisitive, a team player, have a convincing manner, act in a client-centric manner, and think strategically and creatively.You are fluent in English and Italian; other languages (preferably German) are a plus.
