Senior Consultant Insurance (F/M/X)

Your tasks:As a Senior Consultant, you will support leading local and international insurance companies on various challenging topics such as strategic plans, conceptualization and implementation of new service models, improvement of the product portfolio, and re-design of the go-to-market strategy.You will review strategies, develop alternatives, and implement forward-looking concepts.You will analyze client needs and present your results in a structured, clear, and comprehensible manner.By taking responsibility for your work packages early on, you will contribute to the project's success and your own.Aside from project work, you will also contribute to zeb by providing speeches and articles, for example, in recruiting or innovation management.Your skills:Excellent university degree (MBA, Master's degree, or doctorate).2-3 years of professional experience after your degree with a consulting company focused on the insurance industry.Strong analytical skills, excellent structuring abilities, and a combination of strategic thinking with high implementation expertise.In project teams, you are inquisitive, a team player, have a convincing manner, act in a client-centric manner, and think strategically and creatively.Fluency in English and Italian; other languages, preferably German, are a plus.
