We are currently looking for a highly analytical, self-motivated Senior Consultant with a background in Financial Reporting and Consolidation Applications solutions to join our team in Milan.
Reporting to the Pre-Sales and Professional Services Manager, in this position you will play a key role in ensuring and fostering the growth of our local Financial Reporting & Consolidations practice. As a Senior Consultant, you'll be the clients advisor, championing best practices in both backend and frontend development of BOARD financial CPM and BI applications.

Core responsibilities: Be the champion of the BOARD Financial Consolidation and CPM solutions,Support the BOARD Sales and Pre-sales Team during the delivery of product presentations and Proof of Concepts (POCs) across EuropePlan, coordinate, and engineer implementation of Financial Consolidation and CPM solutions, from requirements and design to mentoring and deliveryBe responsive to customer requirements and mitigate concernsAcquire and maintain deep product knowledge and skills, and contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation of our solutions.Requirements: Academic Background in Economics, Finance, or similar fieldProven experience in CPM Project Implementations, with a focus on Financial Reporting and Consolidation ApplicationsDeep understanding of financial close cycle and best practicesExperience creating Consolidated Financial Statements for public and private companiesKnowledge of GAAP, IFRS accounting standardsExperience with intercompany eliminationsExpert data reconciliation skillsExperience with multi-dimensional systemsFluency in English is mandatory
