Join us and build an exceptional experience for yourself, and a better working world for all.The opportunityWe are currently seeking highly motivated people for our Banking Business Transformation practice, a leading provider of services to the most important players within the banking and payments market.As a member of our Business Transformation team, you'll help clients to solve complex enterprise-wide issues developing product, pricing, promotion and channel strategies to increase profits and improve margin, developing and deploying market and customer strategy, developing and implementing insightful customer analytics to understand and anticipate customer needs.You will work with our clients to help solve their toughest challenges and deliver insightful recommendations that are rigorous in their grounding, creative in their selection, distinct to each client, and practical in their ability to be taken to market.
You will help build insight and action plans around competitor intelligence and industry trends to ensure our clients remain forward thinking and agile.
You will be skilled at working with and through clients to ensure that they have full ownership of analysis as well as implementation.To qualify for the role, you must have:2-3 Years of relevant professional experienceStrong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail with a logical and methodical approachExcellent business acumen and commercial awarenessExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a teamStrong communication, presentation and writing skills in English and ItalianStrong drive to excel professionallyFoster an efficient, innovative and team-oriented work environmentIdeally, you'll also have:Experience from working in a financial environment or consulting firmExperience in one or more of the following: business model design, new service and product design and launch, product portfolio review, revenue improvement and cost reduction initiatives, innovation initiatives, customer and industry research, transformation programs, business planning, customer experienceExperience in the financial services sector with focus on Banking Business and/or Payments MarketClient facing experience from a professional services backgroundWhat we are looking forWhat is most important is that you are committed to working with your colleagues as part of a high-performing team.
