The position, based in Milan, would be a part of the Saxo Group S/A parent Group Compliance European team where the Headquarter function is located in Denmark.
The challenge is to support the local business in developing business in Italy within the requirements of the Group and local regulators.Responsibilities include, inter alia:Assistance with local regulatory communications and regulatory reportingClose liaison with Group Compliance and other European Compliance teamsMaintain compliance risk assessments and activity plansDeliver on the activity plans (monitoring, advice memos, training etc)Keep abreast of business and regulatory developments and advise on complianceContribute to regular compliance/AML reporting to the CEO and to the BoD of BG SAXOProvide support to less experienced team membersYour ProfileWe are looking for a colleague with an open and positive attitude, collaborative approach and relevant experience in one or more relevant technical domains (Financial Crime, MiFID, MAR etc).
You will have at least 5 years' experience within a Compliance or AML Function either in a financial services environment or consulting company.
