Panoramica
Your to-do list:
Be an integral part in the creation of journeys, engagement frameworks, campaign ecosystems, and communications plans across paid, owned and earned touchpoints;Manage the creation of moments strategies and tactical briefs;Ensure that media thinking is considered early to deliver best in class creative ideas where the context enhances the content;Drive collaboration with external partners including media, PR and CRM agencies;Forge relationships with day-to-day clients, including presenting and selling through communications strategies;Work with creative teams to amplify their ideas via media strategy, tactics and creative thought-starters;Mentor junior team members with the intent of guiding them and helping them grow;Partner with the data and insight team to identify opportunities for communication;Be involved in new business. Qualifiche
If you:
Have at least 4 years' experience in international agencies and/or for international brands;Have a proven track record of implementing holistic communications strategies;Can identify comms-specific research needs and work with the insight team to acquire the necessary information and aggregate findings into an actionable document;Can understand media planning best practices to inform creative tactics;Can uncover unique ways of reaching/speaking to consumers that inspires creativity;Are motivated to continue learning and sharing knowledge;Ideally, have worked on campaigns that won strategy awards such as Effie, APG or IPA.

You will join a solid team of 15+ diverse strategists with expertise from brand to comms strategy, from data to cultural insights.
You will report directly to the Head of Strategy.
