We are Regeneron, a leading biotechnology company dedicated to improving lives through innovative medicines. We are seeking a Senior Commercialization Manager to join our Commercial Immunology team in Milan, Italy. This role is pivotal in driving the success of our Respiratory indications, working closely with our sales team and alliance partners to implement local commercialization strategies. A Typical Day:Collaborate with alliance partners to implement local commercialization strategies in the Respiratory area.Partner with the Sales team to provide direction and implement strategic imperatives.Provide high-quality input to local market development and commercial activities.Support the implementation of local tactical plans and the provision of sales support materials.Ensure successful and productive working relationships with cross-functional colleagues at Regeneron and co-commercialization partners.Track agreed important metrics to allow early course correction and ensure execution of key tactics.Collaborate and provide input to Regeneron's Regional and Global organization on strategies, tactics, and insights.Work closely with the global marketing team as part of the global brand planning process.This Role May Be For You:You are a strategic problem solver with a strong ability to influence and collaborate within a matrix organization.You thrive in a high-paced environment and are an energetic self-starter.You have excellent planning and organizing skills and pay attention to detail.You are passionate about making a difference in the field of Immunology and Respiratory care.You enjoy working cross-functionally and building strong relationships with internal and external team members.To Be Considered:To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with an MBA or equivalent experience being a plus. Fluency in Italian and English is required. You should have 5+ years of experience in the Pharma Industry and 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Marketing and/or Alliance Management. Experience in Immunology/Respiratory and launch experience are also advantageous.
