Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through innovative solutions.Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry Division. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strong relationships with customer accounts, and promoting our product portfolio to drive revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:Selling AgilityIdentify and prioritize new client opportunities and develop solution implementation and growth strategies.Increase share of wallet within existing accounts by identifying under-penetrated areas and demonstrating the value proposition of our CMD product portfolio.Drives GrowthExpand current account penetration and share of wallet.Grows organically, broader, and deeper with all primary products.Leverage cross-sell motions and activities.LeadershipLead teamwork and coordination with sales, field application, lab application, and IES specialists to provide technical expertise and advance the sales process.Coordinate technical business presentations and attend trade shows, user meetings, and other customer events.Required Skills and Qualifications:5+ years of proven sales experience in analytical instrument markets.Bachelor's degree in the sciences.Ability to explain and sell the technical aspects of our scientific Chromatography & Mass Spectrometry product portfolio.Strong market knowledge and professional network.Experience in conducting on-site customer seminars and technical presentations.Commercial mindset with a desire to win new business.Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix environment.Benefits:Competitive salary and bonus structure.Comprehensive health insurance package.Retirement savings plan.Professional development opportunities.
