On behalf of a Sportswear and Lifestyle Brand, we are now looking for a:Senior Collection Merchandising Manager Apparel Sport and SportswearWe are currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Collection Merchandising Manager Apparel Sport and Sportswear, reporting to the Merchandising Director Sport Performance and Lifestyle.Main Responsibilities:Develop the global range architecture to maximize business opportunities across all distribution channels to achieve strategic targets for all genders/categories within Apparel.Build line plans accordingly to category strategic direction and business expectations, based on brand key stories and sell out analysis.Drive line/sku efficiency accordingly to franchise lifecycle silhouettes.Execute merchandising strategies and assortments plans to best commercialize the product line based on effective go-to-market strategy by distribution channel and tier.Responsible to deliver profitability at gross margin level through accurate pricing and product mix.Responsible to provide accurate forecasts for the category.Partnering with Product Development during the collection's development according to price positioning and target cost.Give guideline to the seasonal catalogue development (commercial tool).Identify the market in terms of market size, business trends and competitors per category, channel, level and price points.Deliver product presentations to the key stakeholders.Lead, coach, and train direct report.Requirements:Bachelor's Economics and Business degree required.Experience with product planning, sales forecasting and working to budgets.Knowledge of account segmentation & differentiation, range architecture, product assortments, concept drivers, and product flow.Leadership skills and flexibility.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are essential.Superior communication skills, especially presentation skills and storytelling.Computer skills including advanced Excel.Aesthetical sensibility and passion for sport.Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.Fluent in English written and spoken.Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work in a team.Location: Provincia di TrevisoAegis guarantees equal opportunities (L. 903/77) - Aegis Srl, AUT.
