Senior Clinical Operations Leader

Job Title: Senior Clinical Operations LeaderAs a Senior Clinical Operations Leader at PARK Senior Villas Chandler, you will be responsible for coordinating the functional team members and their activities across all geographies, liaising with project leadership and the sponsor to ensure that the Clinical Operations deliverables (timeline, quality, productivity) are met.Key Responsibilities:Client Liaison: Effectively communicate with internal and external customers as well as third-party vendors.Project Initiation & Planning: Manage study start-up activities, provide input to project tools, and oversee site selection strategy plan.Project Implementation, Control & Evaluation: Provide leadership and direction to project team members, evaluate and identify resourcing needs, and monitor study timelines.Project Close-out: Collaborate with project team on database lock activities, ensure all administrative closeout procedures are completed, and participate in end-of-study meetings.Requirements:Substantial experience in clinical research, including relevant experience as a Team Leader in Clinical functions or proven experience in coordinating clinical trials.Experience in Phase I Oncology is advantageous.Degree in a life science, nursing qualification, or relevant experience.Competent in written and oral English.Strong understanding of cross-functional activities and ability to manage multiple and varied tasks.What We Offer:PARK Senior Villas Chandler offers a dynamic and challenging work environment, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a competitive compensation package.
