Job Description
The role's purpose is to identify and create new business opportunities for our clients and Visa, while strengthening our relationships on the market place and deepening our understanding of such a fast changing industry.
The role is aimed also at having a full alignment with the Account Sales Team and the Visa Consulting Team in the definition of the Account plan. This will be done through leveraging Visa marketing & communication's brand, assets and capabilities, to develop co-marketing programs which deliver measurable and mutually beneficial business outcomes. This role will focus primarily on co-marketing opportunities with a defined portfolio of key Italian and Global clients, although as with all small teams, some flexibility will be required to lead on other clients and cross functional projects, including the opportunity to champion subject matter areas and or initiatives. Working in partnership with key Italian stakeholders including Account Executives, Visa Consulting & Analytics and Product as well as the European and Global Hub teams and regional colleagues.
What we expect of you, day to day: Be the main point of contact for Clients on all marketing related topicsDrive continuous strategic discussions with the client, identifying and creating new business opportunitiesAct as the day to day point of contact for the Account Executives and ClientsDevelop strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring a good understanding of their businessesSupport the Italian Leadership Team strategize with clients to develop, lead and execute multiyear end-to end lifecycle marketing – identify, scope, business case development, price, pitch, proposal, delivery and implementation (including delivery through 3rd party agencies creative and media agencies) and use of Visa's marketing assets and capabilities to drive positive business outcomes for the client/s and Visa.End to end management of co-marketing campaigns and client marketing services, including measurement, evaluation and optimisation.Manage budget, forecasts, production and campaign tracking in collaboration with Clients and third-party suppliersDevelop and share co-marketing use cases and best practices, to guide and inspire Clients and the wider Visa organisationSupport the Italian Client Marketing team develop innovative, new to Visa ways of delivering value to clientsThis is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office on Tuesday, Wednesday and a third day per week.
Qualifications
• A curious, dynamic and passionate marketer
• Ability to collaborate and influence key internal/external stakeholders and client
• Experience in marketing and sales. Good knowledge of our industry.
•Strong Strategic thinking
• Experience in delivering end to end campaigns and events (ideally with some experience of co-marketing) including ongoing measurement, evaluation and optimisation.
• Solid project management skills to successfully manage projects to budget and time, often with short deadlines.
• Strong budget management experience

• Strong oral and written communication skills
