In particular, you will:Collaborate with the Project Procurement Manager/Coordinator to develop procurement strategies and plans that align with project requirements, schedules, and budget constraints.
Take responsibility of the entire sourcing process, starting to assist in defining material and equipment specifications.Lead supplier identification and selection and supervising, evaluate supplier responses and proposals received from suppliers, analyzing pricing, terms, and conditions, and making recommendations to the Project Procurement Manager/Coordinator for vendor selection through requested Bid-Tab formatsDefine sourcing strategy and approach such as requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for quotations (RFQs), and requests for information (RFIs) to potential suppliers, ensuring clear and comprehensive tender documentation that can stimulate fair competition.
Negotiate contracts with selected suppliers, ensuring favorable terms, pricing, and delivery conditions while adhering to procurement policies and proceduresCoordinate team offshore of sourcing execution that manage the tender on procurement platformLe tue caratteristicheIf you share our passion for consulting and have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:Experience (at least 3-4 years) in procurement within the Oil & Gas industry, preferably in an EPC contractor environmentStrong knowledge of procurement principles, methodologies, and best practices.
