Senior Buyer Marketing And Communication

Talent Solutions, part of Manpower Group, for an important pharmaceutical client based in Florence, is currently recruiting a Senior Buyer Marketing and Communication.
The resource will be part of the Procurement Department reporting to the Indirect Materials Manager and will be responsible for performing tactical and strategic procurement initiatives in the assigned categories of spend.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Cooperate with internal stakeholders to ensure business needs understanding and clear procurement requirements.Scout market opportunities and seek reliable suppliers.Perform spend analysis and cost benchmarking.Define sourcing strategies, lead complex procurement projects, perform competitive tenders, and conduct commercial and contractual negotiations.Execute Procure-To-Pay activities.Carry out supplier evaluation and qualification process according to internal policies and procedures.Manage supplier relationships and evaluate performance.Required Qualifications/Skills:Education: University Degree in Marketing, Economics, Management Engineering, Finance or equivalent.3-5 years working experience in the same role in multinational environments, preferably in the pharmaceutical market.Fluency in English and Italian.Excellent knowledge and understanding of Marketing Communication categories.Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.Strong results-oriented approach.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work in inter-functional teams.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Flexibility, dynamism, and problem-solving skills.Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution.Detail-oriented attitude with excellent critical thinking.
