JOB PURPOSEThe Senior Business Process Analyst will report directly into the Leathergoods Operations Director and will play a key role in driving business process improvements. You will work with process owners to gather information, define requirements and work closely with IT to develop solutions that meet business needs. The Senior Analyst will oversee the development of new processes, manage testing and trials, provide day-to-day user support throughout the project roadmap, resolve issues and maintain system documentation. In addition, you will proactively lead the implementation of new processes and systems by providing training and guidance to users. The Senior Business Process Analyst will ensure the successful delivery of various workstreams, managing stakeholders, addressing dependencies, mitigating risks and issues, coordinating testing and providing ongoing support and training across the business.
RESPONSIBILITIESCollaborate with business stakeholders to facilitate the design of new processes and perform gap analysisLead the definition of the business blueprint by gathering requirements from stakeholders and drafting the BBP documentAnalyse and approve functional analysis provided by IT partners, ensuring alignment with agreed specificationsSupervise and coordinate the implementation and continuous improvement of IT systems from inception to completionClosely collaborate with Supply Chain, Product Development, Logistics, Finance and ITAct as the main point of contact for usersTake overall responsibility for user testing and trainingParticipate in IT-managed roll out projectsAct as super user to support before and after new software releasesManage the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for production part of the solutionPERSONAL PROFILEUniversity Degree in Management Engineering or Computer ScienceExperience in fashion industrial/manufacturing environment, preferably within the Leathergoods businessProficiency in ERP environments; experience in Stealth3000 would be an assetExperience with PLM productsUnderstanding of Supply Chain, Product Development, Production and Logistics processesFluent in English and ItalianMEASURES OF SUCCESSBurberry is an Equal Opportunities Employer and as such, treats all applications equally and recruits purely on the basis of skills and experience.
