To take our company to an international level, we are currently looking for Sr Business Performance Analyst to join our team: This position offers real opportunities to drive innovation in the mental health landscape, providing clarity to our business dynamics and drivers to create profound international impact. We are looking for who are willing to push boundaries, ramping up our global game and totally changing the script of how we address mental health challenges in different markets.
AS ASR BUSINESS PERFORMANCE ANALYSTYOU WILL: Champion the creation of a comprehensive KPI framework to monitor Unobravo's performance throughout the customer journey and key strategic areas: Acquisition, Product, Supply, Operations, Monetization, B2B, and International Expansion. Organize and facilitate business performance meetings (Weekly Business Reviews/Monthly Business Reviews). Define the format and produce the necessary deliverables. Proactively identify and investigate trends in close collaboration with key company stakeholders.Provide clear explanations for any fluctuations in KPIs and their drivers. Communicate findings and recommendations to the leadership team and respond to their inquiries and follow-up requests as needed. Identify recurrent reporting needs and lead the development of the appropriate data products to fulfill them, in partnership with the analytics engineering and data analytics teams. Address inquiries and requests from company investors. Assist in preparing for board meetings and support any future fundraising activities. Assist the leadership team and their functions by analyzing customer and business problems, aiming to identify opportunities for accelerated growth and inform strategic decisions. ? YOU WILL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU HAVE: At least 3 years experience as a Business Analyst / Data Analyst in fast-paced technology companies. Experience liaising with C-level stakeholders. Strong curiosity, problem solving and problem finding skills. A true obsession with getting to the bottom of things. Creative mindset and proactive attitude towards the creation and evaluation of new hypotheses; Strong written and verbal communication skills. B1 English is a must. Availability to work independently in full remote. Nice to have: Background in management or strategy consulting. Previous experience in Marketplaces and/or digital businesses (B2B, B2C, B2B2C). Domain of Data Visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, etc.) Programming skills in SQL or other relevant languages.
