The role is based within our Headquarter in Milan, where - along with all the key people - as an active member of Satispay, you will take part in the New Business Line Team and you will support the Satispay Group in activities such as: Setting strategy to develop the italian market; Prospecting leads for all companies in target market, through the adoption of tools such as Sales Navigator, Lusha and Atoka; Create emails sequences for Outbound activities; Managing end-to-end medium to long business development cycles (at least 3 months) effectively dealing with C-Level clients; Implementing new Welfare B2B line that offers specific-purpose service solutions for employees' welfare, with a focus on large employers; Driving business development and client relationship activities; Developing strong, long-term relationships with client executives. What we need We are looking for brilliant talents willing to share our enthusiasm and passion for Satispay's project. You have: Proven experience (at least 4-5 years) in a Business Development role with at least 2-3 years in prospecting and outbound BD activities; Demonstrated ability to develop new business in a B2B context with medium-sized/corporate and enterprise companies with a hunting approach, through pipeline construction with a specific focus on prospecting and outbound contacting; Advanced skills in managing end-to-end long business development cycles (from prospecting to contract closure) especially in complex sales environments - preferably related to SaaS or high-tech products/services - with the ability to successfully handle complexities and challenges that may arise during the process; The ability to engage with C-Level executives prospects and build a long-term professional relationship with them; Proven extensive use of Social Selling through LinkedIn; Proven extensive use of Sales Navigator, Lusha, and Atoka; In-depth knowledge of the B2B Italian market, its dynamics, and trends - preferably within the Welfare sector; Having an existing client portfolio is considered a plus; Fluent knowledge of Italian and English - both written and spoken. You are: Results-oriented and able to achieve and exceed assigned targets; Comfortable with working in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in managing changing priorities and evolving circumstances; Able to work autonomously and as part of a team, actively contributing to the growth and overall success of Satispay; An excellent communicator and relationship builder; Proactive thinker, fast learner, and with an entrepreneurial mindset. Logistic & Salary The role is based in Milan with a hybrid work policy.  We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience. Stock option plan available.
