Senior Business Controller (M/F)

As an exclusive partner of other brands in the sports sector we offer our entire know how in communication, sales and image building. We are a team of more than 1000 employees in 11 countries worldwide – a group of adventurers and dreamers, mountaineers, looking for their next peak. The Group Controlling department acts as a Business Partner supporting management in decision making processes with relevant analysis and guidance. You will be responsible for drawing up the budget for different Business Units, verifying that costs and revenues are in line with forecasts, and proposing corrective solutions or improvement actions to management. In this role you will work as a Business Partner of the management, building a daily dialogue.The person, in this position, will assume the role of coordinating Business Unit Controlling. Task & Responsibilities:Preparing budgets and forecasts in collaboration with the Managers the relevant Business Units (BUs)Reporting and coordination of monthly deliverables, reports and financial analysesMonitoring BUs performance by analyzing deviations from plan and monitoring the achievement of business objectivesVerifying compliance of costs and revenues against budget forecastsDeveloping business plans for new markets and projectsPreparing and participating in Budget MeetingsProfile:Min. 4 years' experience in similar roleDegree in Economics, Business Admin, or equivalentExcellent knowledge of cost accounting and in financial statement analysisAnalytical mindset and Confidentiality, reliability, accuracy in data processingInterpersonal and communication skills, proactive approach, aptitude for teamworkProficiency in Excel, experience with Power BI or similar data analysis and reporting tools is considered a plusExcellent English & German or ItalianWillingness to travel abroad (4 weeks a year)Join us and become part of an inspired team in an international House of Brands, focused on the mountain and performance sports industry. We offer: Flexible Office Time Extended Parental Leave and Company Kindergarden (in Bolzano HQ) Thrilling company activities, free Climbing Hall (in Bolzano HQ) Company Canteen with fresh and seasonally prepared food A variety of training & development opportunities If you are interested to work in a challenging, international and dynamic environment then apply now! #J-18808-Ljbffr
