We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst specializing in procurement to join our team on a contract basis with a daily rate. This role will support a large-scale procurement initiative, focusing on optimizing processes and implementing best practices throughout the procurement lifecycle.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesAnalyse current procurement processes and identify areas for improvementDevelop and document procurement policies, procedures, and best practicesCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define business needsCreate detailed business and system specifications for procurement-related projectsSupport the implementation and optimization of procurement systems and toolsConduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for cost savingsPrepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendationsFacilitate workshops and training sessions on procurement processes and systemsSupport change management initiatives related to procurement transformationsRequirementsSkills & Experience RequiredBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in procurement (ideal)Strong knowledge of procurement lifecycle models and processesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsFluency in English (C1)Keywords Studios follows a well-established Equal Opportunities Policy.
