Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Customer Service & Logistics Direction. He/She will directly report to the Chief Logistics & Customer Service Officer. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of customer service and logistics processes of fashion & luxury business. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions. Main Activities And Responsibilities: Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to customer service and logistics performance; Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into key metrics and KPIs; Conduct process mapping and analysis to identify eventual inefficiencies. Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement through data-driven analysis; Process Improvement; Collaborate with the main stakeholders inside and outside the Direction; Requirements: Degree in Economics, Statistics or Management Engineering; At least 6/7 years of experience as Business Analyst in customer service, logistics and / or operation areas, better if in Fashion & Luxury companies; Excellent knowledge of MS Office package (especially MS Excel) and BI tools (Business Object or similar); Fluent in English, both written and spoken; Team building approach Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies. Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes. Location: Italy, Legnano Type of contract: Full Time
