With AUTO1.com we offer our professional B2B car trading partners (our merchants) the state-of-the-art platform to efficiently buy and sell used cars across Europe.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will: Develop and maintain advanced data models and reporting systems to support business decision-making; Conduct in-depth analysis of business performance, identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvement; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide tailored analytical solutions; Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and compelling manner; Continuously seek opportunities to improve data processes and methodologies, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency.
What we are looking for: At least 2 years previous experience in a high-pressure analytical role in consulting, strategic business development, e-commerce or tech startup; You are excited about solving problems, are passionate about deriving meaningful insights using data that will benefit the whole organization and are proactive in answering business issues; You take ownership, work in a structured & independent manner and do not lose sight of your goals in complex topics; Strong proficiency in Google Sheet and SQL; Knowledge of statistical tools and regression analysis; A background in data visualization (Tableau and Looker Studio) and proficiency in Python or R are considered a plus.
