Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Customer Service & Logistics Direction. He/She will directly report to the Chief Logistics & Customer Service Officer. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of customer service and logistics processes of fashion & luxury business. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions.Main Activities And ResponsibilitiesCollect, analyze, and interpret data related to customer service and logistics performance;Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into key metrics and KPIs;Conduct process mapping and analysis to identify eventual inefficiencies.Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement through data-driven analysis;Process Improvement ;Collaborate with the main stakeholders inside and outside the Direction;RequirementsDegree in Economics, Statistics or Management Engineering;At least 6/7 years of experience as Business Analyst in customer service, logistics and / or operation areas, better if in Fashion & Luxury companies;Excellent knowledge of MS Office package (especially MS Excel) and BI tools ( Business Object or similar);Fluent in English, both written and spoken;Team building approachStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies.Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.Type of contract : Full Time#J-18808-Ljbffr
