We've been retained to lead the search for a Senior Mergers and Acquisitions Attorney focused on private equity backed or private MA deals interested in moving into warranty and indemnity insurance (MA Insurance) broking.
The business operates in the premium space (£50m - £10bn) advising heavyweight private equity funds, buyers and sellers on WI policies for complex and multi-jurisdictional deals.
We are looking to talk to a top-tier Corporate / Private Equity Lawyer with appetite to move into a role which combines his or her technical legal and commercial skillset within the transactional and MA environment.
