Join our Marketing Team in Rome, Italy!We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join us as a:Senior Brand Manager (m/f/x) – Rare Diseases(Full-time / Permanent / Location: Rome – hybrid role with smart working option)The OpportunityAs a Senior Brand Manager you will participate in the definition of the strategy of our key brands and ensure their execution at the Italian level.
You will design innovative strategies, deploy the brand narrative and support cross-functional teams to cement the brands as market leaders in their category.The RoleDevelop comprehensive brand strategies and tactical plans Lead cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives and product launchesAnalyze market trends, competitive landscape, and patients needs to identify growth opportunitiesCreate compelling messaging and content for key stakeholdersManage relationships with key stakeholders and Scientific SocietiesOptimize resource allocation in collaboration with the whole Marketing and OCE teamTrack brand performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet business objectivesEnsure all marketing activities comply with regulatory requirementsEnsure trainings to the field forceDevelop forecasts and LRPsYour Skills and Experience:A degree in a relevant scientific discipline such as Science, Chemistry, Biology or Pharmacy.
