Scope Lead and define the Brand Strategy, coordinating the Marketing Team, according to global and local processes and procedures.
Main Responsibilities Business & Financial Acumen:Support the Business Unit Manager in Brand Financial processes:Budget allocation and monitoringMonthly performance analysisBrand S&OP preparation1-year Financial Plan & Long-Range Plan.Analysis to Insights:Market & Brand Analysis and Market ResearchTrends monitoring and Market / Competitive / Customers actionable insights collection.Customer Strategy:Lead the development of the Brand & Functional Plan, coordinating the inputs of all Brand / In-Field Team members, in alignment with the Brand strategic framework defined under the supervision of the Business Unit Manager.Marketing Mix Optimization:Ensure & coordinate the implementation of all activities related to the Functional Plan.Provide an innovative and patient-centric mindset and a multi-stakeholders approach to meet strategic Brand objectives.Effective Engagement:Responsible for the Customer engagement digital evolution and the delivery of Advanced Customer Experiences.Coordinate the execution of the In-Field team excellence main processes and ensure the understanding of their purpose from the In-Field team.Internal & External Stakeholder Alignment:Leverage strong relationships with international and local internal stakeholders.Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of the external stakeholders' needs and behaviors through effective presence on the field and robust connection with In-Field Team.Main Stakeholders External: Patients, Health Care Professionals, Key Opinion Leaders, agencies (MR, PR, digital)Internal: In-field teams, Brand Team, Brand Team Leader, Area Commercial, Affiliate Management TeamQualifications Skills and Experience: Degree level education (or equivalent), preferably Life Sciences or EconomicsMinimum 5-7 years of relevant experience with proven track record of success within Biotech / PharmaStrategic Thinking mindsetLeadership; CoachingSolid working knowledge of healthcare environmentProject Management skillsLocal and international mobilityEnglish language proficiency verbally and in writingPreferred People manager experienceIn-field ExperienceKnowledge within specialized therapeutic areaProduct launch management supportAdditional Information AbbVie is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to operating with integrity, driving innovation, transforming lives, serving our community and embracing diversity and inclusion.
