Be the line manager of 2 Junior Brand Managers, developing and growing them to reach objectives as a strong and successful team.
The role reports to the Marketing Manager.
A Day in the Life of the Senior Brand Manager Consumer and Market Develop a deep understanding of consumer/shopper behavior, identifying key opportunities and issues.
Develop and execute strong, functionally aligned commercial plans.
Develop and execute strong, functionally aligned media plans.
Monitor and analyze sell-out data to understand and better design the strategy.
Monitor and manage PFME spending.
Brand Work in partnership with the Creative Agency and Media Agency to create a successful Communication Media plan.
Build a strong Activation Concept that is relevant to the target and creates earned media, reaffirming Nestlé as a great protagonist in the season led by Baci Perugina brand.
Work with graphic agencies to ensure all pieces of brand communication (packaging, POP materials, Catalogues, etc.)
are aligned.
Lead the strategy of Christmas and Valentine's Day Campaign offers (range, formats, price, promo) in Retail Channel and OOH.
Manage I&R projects from idea generation to product launch and post-launch evaluation, involving all relevant stakeholders and business functions.
Manage and be responsible for the Christmas and Valentine's Day Campaigns P&L. What Will Make You Successful?
