Senior Barista

Consultant Tourism & Events Milano is recruiting, on behalf of a new bar opening in Milan, for the position of Senior Barista .
The bar, set to open soon, will be located inside an exclusive store of a well-known American fashion brand.
As a Senior Barista at our Milan gallery café, you will oversee the café team's operations and manage inventory and purchasing to ensure smooth service.
Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Supervise and support the café staff, ensuring smooth daily operations and a positive work environment.
Inventory Management: Handle inventory control, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels to keep the café running efficiently.
Operational Support: Assist with setting up and closing the café, and ensure daily tasks are completed to maintain quality service.
Collaboration with Gallery Director: Coordinate with the Gallery Director to align café operations with gallery events and enhance the visitor experience.
Customer Service: Provide friendly and efficient service, addressing any customer concerns and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Key Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in a high-end or luxury hospitality environment In-depth knowledge of coffee, including brewing techniques, varieties, and flavor profiles, with the ability to deliver a top-tier experience Experience in leading a team, managing development, and overseeing daily operations Excellent communication skills Fluent in English and Italian Available to work weekends Data inizio prevista: 01/10/2024 Categoria Professionale: Personale Per Hotel / Piani / Reception / Back Office Città: Milano (Milano) Disponibilità oraria: Full Time #J-18808-Ljbffr
