About the roleLead the design, development, and maintenance of backend systems, providing expertise, guidance, and solutions that align with business objectives.
What you will doArchitect and deliver complex, maintainable backend solutions.Lead collaborative efforts with product owners and development teams.Ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals.Spearhead testing procedures, working closely with QA Engineers.Provide architectural leadership and solutions.Coding and Development.Collaboration and Leadership.Requirements:Expertise in OOP in a PHP/Symfony, Python/SQLAlchemy or Java environment.Experienced in traditional databases (e.g., MySQL, BigQuery, MongoDB, Solr, Redis).Experience with event messaging systems.In-depth understanding of computer science and software engineering concepts.Proven experience in unit and functional testing, TDD, and continuous delivery.Extensive knowledge of third-party systems integration and asynchronous jobs.Good spoken and written level of English.Working pattern and location40 hours per week, permanent contract.Monday – Friday.Hybrid role - 4 times a month.Benefits:Meal Vouchers (€7 per working day).26 days holidays + national bank holidays.Individual training paths.Opportunity to develop and move within the company.National and international mobility options.Yearly team activities.Food canteen at the office.MotorK is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Prohibits Discrimination and Harassment of Any kind.
