We are looking for an experienced Senior Back-End Developer to join the engineering team and play a pivotal role in building and refining the back-end infrastructure for our SaaS talent management platform.
As one of the first employees, you'll have the chance to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment. You'll work closely with our founding team, gaining exposure to customers and strategic decisions from day one.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead the platform's architecture and backend development.
Measure, analyze, and enhance the performance, stability, and scalability of our products.
Contribute to strategic product decisions with a tangible impact on our application.
Engage directly with key customers to understand and implement their requirements.
Collaborate with Product Management, Design, and Engineering to continually iterate and improve our platform.
Mandatory: TypeScript / JavaScript and Node.js (NestJS framework)
Strong Plus: PostgreSQL, AWS, Terraform, Docker, GitHub
Strong foundation in data structures and algorithms.
Proactive problem-solver with a passion for tackling technical challenges.
Committed to clean, maintainable, and scalable code design.
Experience in B2B SaaS is highly desirable.
Experience in HR tech is a plus.
Fluency in English and Italian.
