ResponsibilitiesPerformance analysis of digital and CRM campaigns, with a focus on lead management and conversion KPIs.Analysis of the customer base, through the formulation of behavioural scores and business-driven indices to guide strategic decisions.Collect data from internal and external sources, organize and structure it in order to clean up databases, correcting any errors in data collection and storage systems.Create reports and documents with the results of the analyses to be presented to internal stakeholders.QualificationsMin 4 years in the same role in a consulting company.Strong math and analytical skills. Expert in Excel and/or other data modeling applications.
