Senior Architect

LEV|Arch is looking for senior architects for the two offices located in Milan and Catania.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect who is able to work in a team of professionals with deep experience in the hospitality sector, particularly in the renovation of existing buildings, and strong skills in ArchiCad. This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to projects up to completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution. This candidate should also be able to conduct quality assurance checks on a frequent basis to ensure regulations are being followed.
ResponsibilitiesCreate plans and drawings which clearly outline the architectural design of the project.Coordinate all other consultants during all design phases.Utilise knowledge of engineering, math, science, and materials to create the ideal finished product.Good understanding of interior design and landscaping.Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards.Oversee and make recommendations throughout the entire construction process.Collaborate with various teams to establish goals, schedules, and budgets.QualificationsBachelor's degree in architecture.5+ years of experience in construction and architecture.Strong organisation, creative, and presentation skills.Strong in ArchiCad.Please submit your CV only if fully compliant with qualifications and responsibilities.
