Senior Application Support Location: MILANO, Via G. da Procida, 24, 20149 Milano (MI)
Description At the central service desk, you are the first point of contact for the banks regarding the supported applications. You will carry out a preliminary analysis or classification of the incoming messages and maintain the corresponding documentation.
Required Skills Degree in economics / finance
Previous experience of at least 5 years in the banking / finance sector
Mandatory knowledge of German and English (B2)
Knowledge of ticket management systems
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Personal Profile Distinctive team and communication skills as well as a structured way of working. Slight willingness to travel in the context of project work with clients.
