As a Senior Application Engineer, you will be responsible for the quality and competitiveness of technical offers relevant to the Reciprocating Compressor Product Line for GTE. You will contribute to validating and approving the quality of their deliverables, ensuring technical compliance and consistency with BH product policies and guidelines.
As a Senior Application Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Supporting New Units orders growth by generating and supervising other AEs to create attractive solutions for the Reciprocating Compressor Product Line technical offers.
Involving in proposal generation for strategic projects, leading AE cross-product teams to successful contract closure and relevant hand-off to execution team.
Supporting other AEs in dealing with suppliers of auxiliary systems to complete vendor technical alignment and support strategic agreements with suppliers.
Cooperating with Platform Leaders and Product Management teams to define deliverables of new NPD programs, supporting the RC AE Team Leader up to ATQ.
Developing a comprehensive knowledge of the product, applications, and markets of reference, becoming capable of benchmarking BH technology vs. competitors.
Working closely with the Strategic Growth team by providing feedback from the market and key clients about RC applications.
Playing an active role during BH's full offer definition and contributing to the definition of the most suitable BH technical offering.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role, you will:
Have an Engineering education background from an accredited school and good experience in the same role/area.
Have deep expertise in Reciprocating Compressor and systems, with good knowledge of the Refinery & Petrochemical industry, especially on LDPE/EVA applications.
Have a good understanding of international standards and codes like API and ASME.
Be self-motivated, with excellent interpersonal skills, able to generate a positive working environment with customers and internally.
Have excellent communication and presentation skills, fluent in English, with a focus on company processes and a strong integrity and compliance attitude.
Be open to working with different regional teams and be open-minded.
