Virtual Req #1087 Tuesday, August 6, 2024 Location: Any Location in CAN (Remote) We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Analyst, Lottery Solutions supporting the North American Engineering Department's Lottery Solutions and Services team at Gaming Laboratories International (GLI).

What You Will Accomplish Here…This role will focus on supporting our existing clients and generating new business for our Lottery Solutions team.
You will work with our customers to deliver efficient, effective, and relevant lottery solutions and services while leveraging best practice methodology.
This includes, but is not limited to, end-to-end lottery product and operational modernization consulting support, governance, strategic planning and execution, procurement optimization, and business analysis.
Acts as a lottery modernization and procurement optimization subject matter expert, including demonstrating a thorough knowledge and understanding of the lottery and regulatory solutions and services offered by the Company and articulating the value proposition and benefits to clients.Develops and executes strategic and tactical lottery process support.Tailors presentations to address client-specific needs.Monitors and reports on the progress and status of projects to management and stakeholders.Assists with statements of work (SOW's), including scoping work elements and collaborating with clients on sales related activities.Acts as a liaison between our internal cross functional teams in support of strategic delivery initiatives.Makes well-informed, effective, and timely decisions, even when data is limited, or solutions produce unpleasant consequences.Performs other duties as assigned.

Education, Experience and Skills: A minimum of four (4) years of experience working in a previous lottery development role is required.A minimum of two (2) years of experience working in the lottery industry is required.Bachelor's degree, diploma, certificate or equivalent in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, but not required.Must have experience creating and delivering convincing presentations to senior-level clients.Must possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Office software suite, i.e., Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience in collaborative decision-making across technology, sales, and customer teams.Must have the ability to identify opportunities, overcome objections, and negotiate effectively.The ability to think strategically in navigating complex problems, processes, and projects is required.Demonstrated ability to provide information and ideas in a clear, comprehensive, concise, and organized manner is required.Must have the ability to maintain excellent time management, task planning and prioritization skills.Must have the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines, while maintaining a realistic balance among priorities.Must demonstrate a high degree of attention to quality, details, and correctness.Must have the ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English sufficiently to perform the duties of this position.
Location: Remote, based in CanadaTravel: Must be willing to travel up to 15-20%, including occasionally on short notice.Hours: Must be able to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays, and extended hours, as needed.Pay Range: CAN $125,000 GLI is a gaming services company.
