In this role you will mine and combine multiple data sources (retail, consumer, market, demographic, etc.)
to provide powerful, action-oriented recommendations.
You will support and drive the deployment and adoption of one or several areas of Demand Spaces in the assigned area (typically country or Business Unit).
How you will contribute You will: Be responsible for governance and growth of the Demand Spaces data foundation and dashboards.
Work closely with business teams to establish demand spaces in new markets, and continued support of existing ones.
Leverage portfolio and growth insights derived from the Demand Spaces framework to challenge for growth opportunities for Mondelez.
In partnership with shoppers, develop compelling customer selling stories.
Provide PMO support for Demand Spaces, including stakeholder interviews, local/global project touchpoints, team workshops, topic-specific discussions, and dashboard training.
Lead workstreams emerging out of the Demand Space framework (e.g., Customer stories, Equity/Comms, HW, etc.).
Provide analytical support at a local market level.

Experience in Insight and in Business Areas (Marketing, Innovation, Trade, Sales).
Experience working directly with Marketing teams and designing, executing, and analyzing primary secondary data sources.
Demonstrated experience using design thinking/Agile methodologies principles to identify and surface innovative business opportunities.
Strong leadership and influencing profile.
Strong collaborator: Interested and motivated by working with others.
This role sits within the Italian Insights Analytics team who is working to drive growth through Brand Strategy and Innovation for the Snacking category.
The role of Insights Analytics is to be proactive, strategic growth advisors to drive growth and business results.
How you will contribute: You will uncover category/brand/innovation trends and insights to drive long-term business results and inform strategies/activations to optimize operational effectiveness.
You will work in close partnership with other business functions to incite insight-driven action and are confident in transforming complex data into advanced data models/dashboards.
Lead the insights work for the Savory Platform (TUC, Fonzies, Chipster), the Sweet Platform (Oreo, Oro, Mikado), and the Chocolate platform (Milka).
Generate category/brand/innovation insights and engagement levers from multiple sources of data that focuses on delivering consumer behavior change.
Manage research projects end-to-end that generate necessary data to form insights.
Form recommendations (strategy, ideas, activations) grounded in insight that enables the category/brand/innovation to meet its audience's needs.
Constantly scan market competitors for improvements to processes/ways of working by leveraging an outside-in mindset.
Prepare and present insights to key stakeholders within the organization.
Cooperate with the Central/Global team in case of cross-country projects.
Manage continuous data from specific tools (Nielsen/Discover and Consumer Panel data) and analyze data to find insights.
What you will bring An ability to build relationships with stakeholders to influence consumer-centric decisions.
An ability to ask great questions to unlock the right research brief.
Experience working directly with Marketing teams and designing, executing, and analyzing primary secondary data sources.
Quantifiable impact of insight-driven ideas/strategies to the category/brand/innovation performance.
Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Language Requirements FMGC/CPG experience - preferably in the Food Beverage market.
Ideally experience working in or exposure to minimum 1-2 markets/categories or brands.
Able to collate data points into a coherent story to communicate a vision.
Experience with major ad-hoc techniques: Product Testing, Brand positioning, Communications development, Packaging research, NPD.
Strong hands-on experience using digital tools (e.g., Google software including Analytics), data visualization tools, and creating dashboards.
Strong experience analyzing traditional CPG data sources is a plus.
Prior experience working on equity and/or innovation preferred.
Direct experience working across multiple cultures preferred.
The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model defined and managed by Mondelez Europe GmbH, Switzerland.
