We are looking for a Senior Accounting Analyst who will work within the Finance team in Reggio Emilia and will be responsible for supervising accounting, administrative, and tax-related activities.
Main responsibilities: Collaboration in drafting the statutory and consolidated financial statements Preparation of treasury reports and cash flow statements Management, in collaboration with consultants, of customs/logistics-related issues (CBAM, excise duties, etc.
), including VAT/Incoterms Handling legal, tax, and accounting activities in collaboration with external consultants for the Italian parent company and foreign commercial entities Verification and support for various internal activities (e.g., F24, withholding taxes), in collaboration with HR Management of grants and subsidized finance projects Support in monthly closing activities and management reporting Collaboration and support for "Shared Services" located outside the national territory on topics such as invoicing, payments, etc.
Asset management Maintenance of corporate books Coordination of two resources Academic background and experience: Degree in economics and finance or related fields (a master's degree is considered a plus) Four or more years of administrative experience within a structured and international business environment Skills: Specialized knowledge of general accounting and experience in tax matters Knowledge of financial statements and analytical accounting (Italian accounting principles and, desirable but not necessary, US GAAP) Good knowledge of the English language (minimum B2 level - intermediate/advanced) Good knowledge of SAP ERP Excellent knowledge of Excel Logical-analytical thinking Operational approach Why Work at Kohler Energy?
