Overview of the Role This is a 1-year fixed-term role for maternity leave replacement, with the possibility of stabilization. The role holder will support the finance team in the daily accounting routine according to ITA GAAP and IFRS, monthly closing, reconciliations, and VAT accuracy. He/she will also contribute to the preparation of the mandatory annual financial statements.





Main Activities Registration of passive and active invoices Knowledge of the main VAT rules Supporting the monthly and quarterly closing respecting the deadlines set by the parent company Monitoring main balance sheet and P&L accounts Support the annual audit control process and quarterly controls Supporting the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations Support in the preparation of statutory financial statements Supporting R&D reporting activities Ideal Background Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent qualifications Professional knowledge of the English language At least 5 years' experience in ordinary accounting and bookkeeping up to the preparation of financial statements (preference coming from accountancy firms) Ability to interface with internal stakeholders (such as IT, HR, legal...) and external stakeholders (tax consultants, auditors, etc.)
