Responsibilities Day to day accounting activitiesGeneral administrative tasks: contact with bank, customers, suppliers and all departments, in order to maintain a good cooperation and to interact on possible future problems.Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts.Reconcile bank statements, intercompany statements and other financial accounts to ensure accuracyAssisting financial manager with month, quarter, year-end closingMonitoring and planning cash flow requirementsGenerate a variety of financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statementsManaging preparation of all financial reports balance sheetsPreparations of the budgetAnalysis of the budget versus actual resultsProcess optimizationMaintaining contact with auditors, tax specialists, banks and other finance related partiesAssisting financial manager in day to day operationsReplacing financial manager in case of absenceEnsure all matters consistent with Global company policies and Laws Exemption Type Job Requirements Qualifications / Experience: Higher Education; Accounting / Economics / Professional qualification5 years experience Senior Accountant or Finance Manager•knowledge of different accounting software ( Microsoft AX would be a benefit, SAP, Oracle, etc )•knowledge of business languages: Fluent in Italian and English, excellent Excel skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
