Job Description
Scope This role will be responsible for the accounting operations in all day to day activities and assist Financial Manage.
Responsibilities Day to day accounting activities General administrative tasks: contact with bank, customers, suppliers and all departments, in order to maintain a good cooperation and to interact on possible future problems. Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts. Reconcile bank statements, intercompany statements and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy Assisting financial manager with month, quarter, year-end closing Monitoring and planning cash flow requirements Generate a variety of financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements Managing preparation of all financial reports & balance sheets Preparations of the budget Analysis of the budget versus actual results Process optimization Maintaining contact with auditors, tax specialists, banks and other finance related parties Assisting financial manager in day to day operations Replacing financial manager in case of absence Ensure all matters consistent with Global & company policies and Laws Exemption Type Job Requirements
Qualifications / Experience: Higher Education; Accounting / Economics / Professional qualification >5 years experience Senior Accountant or Finance Manager •knowledge of different accounting software ( Microsoft AX would be a benefit, SAP, Oracle, etc )•knowledge of business languages: Fluent in Italian and English, excellent Excel skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
