Amazon is looking for a smart and ambitious Seller Consultant to join its China team. The objective of the Online Sales Consultant is to deliver new business growth and maximize revenue generation across Amazon's suite of products for merchants. Recruiting and launching sellers on Amazon's global marketplace, you will analyze sales data to identify opportunities and resolve seller blockers to help sellers succeed on the marketplace.
Your superior communication, organizational, and technical skills will enable you to operate in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment, where you will have the autonomy to take full control and responsibility for achieving our business objectives.
Key Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop a category recruitment strategy by analyzing the competitive landscape and defining new products' value proposition.Identify, recruit, cross-launch, and support sellers of various types to execute on aggressive growth plans.Review and monitor performance and sales of Amazon's partners in order to provide them with consulting advice to grow their business.Coordinate and lead projects with cross-functional teams and deliver results with stakeholders.Provide feedback to other teams within Amazon worldwide on lessons learned during project implementation and post-live support phases.Minimum Requirements2+ years of professional or military experience.Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications.Experience in procurement, negotiation, sales, consulting, supply chain, product/project management, or marketing.Experience with pipeline management skills, including utilization of Salesforce or other CRM tools.Experience and track record of exceeding sales goals.
