Offer Description The candidate will be asked to teach on the topics of chemical-physical properties and theoretical modelling of molecular materials and on the computational methods used for the processing and analysis of experimental data or simulations concerning the characterization of materials and the study of their properties.
The research activity that the candidate will carry out will focus on the development and use of theoretical methods for modelling the structural, optical and electronic properties of organic functional materials, polymers and nano-structured materials, such as graphene-like materials, conducting polymers, and complexes/surfaces interacting with drugs.
The candidate will also be responsible for designing experiments in the field of molecular and materials spectroscopy, aimed at providing experimental data relevant for the materials modelling activity.
