SEED TO SKIN is the innovative skin care line created in the 13th-century Tuscan estate turned five-star retreat Borgo Santo Pietro.
With the belief that a skin care line could combine natural ingredients and advanced science, SEED TO SKIN was born.
In the Borgo Santo Pietro laboratory, an advanced molecular delivery system was developed that deposits the most important vitamins and minerals where they are best absorbed and retained by the skin, positioning each product in the line at its most effective.
The Seed to Skin Global Trainer will be the guardian of the integrity of Seed to Skin treatments and products to ensure that a pure and accurate message is communicated at all times.
You will deliver exceptional training on STS products, treatments and Retail at any of our accounts worldwide to the expected 5-star standard.
RESPONSIBILITY:
- To become trained in all levels of STS treatments and products and keep updated on new techniques or changes to procedures and to provide the support team with any recommendations or improvements to the training documents.
- Organize and execute training sessions on STS treatments and products, face-to-face and online, for therapists and other professionals that work with STS brand.
- Ensure that accurate and practical training notes are prepared and distributed during training sessions and that they are regularly updated.
- Create accurate evaluation reports for all therapists upon completion of their course and any other relevant documentation required.
- Contribute to the development and update of Training documents and Treatment Protocols based on product and industry knowledge and input from Founders/creative Director.
- Submit correct expenses, and Training Reports containing names of therapists trained and the training they received per course, for all on site training and at the end of each course, to include products used during training, and any suggested follow up order.
This must be submitted within one week of completion of training.
KEY SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- You will have a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Beauty Therapy (Face and Body)
- You will have a genuine interest of Holistic Therapies including Hot Stones, Chakra's and Crystals.
- Ideally, you will have worked in a 5-star spa environment as a Head Therapist, Trainer or Spa Manager.
- Fluent in English
- Be confident in training and communicating to teams who are multi-lingual/cultural.
- Ability to think outside the box and deal with unexpected situations
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Full, clean driving licence
- Full passport with no restrictions
