**KEY MISSIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Retail performance monitoring
- Define, assess the accuracy, update & follow up **boutique & market KPIs**.
- Consolidate & assess boutique **weekly estimates** and **monthly budgets / targets and forecast**:
- Set-up **annual budgets, estimates and plans** **per boutique per month **(split between core business and HE) in a transversal approach
- Issue **monthly boutique & market dashboards**, provide ad hoc **monthly analysis & sales report **per market and boutique.
- Support boutique on all request concerning figures, KPIs and operating systems.
- Create ad hoc reports for management and boutiques meant for specific needs, and improve, further automatize the updates and simplify ways to generate and access boutique & teams performance dashboards & KPIs.
- Further contribute to the development of the individual KPIs / performance tools.
- Be the referent in the retail department for all performance related topics.
- Retail projects / tools implementation & instances organization
- Coordinate the organization with all involved teams and contribute to the animation of regular Boutique** Managers' meetings**.
- Support retail management with research and insights and actively contribute to **boutique projects renovations / extensions**.
- Monitor **the commercial footprint** initiatives and evolution of **key competing brands **in the region
- Coordinate and co-prepare the annual strategic plan with retail management and other departments.
- Ensure the roll-out and usage development of dedicated digital tools
- External business partners
- Coordinate Clients' Business Development approach, by proposing projects meant to attract new foreign or local clients,
- Contribute to the Maison's specific Chinese Business Development initiatives
- Oversee and monitor the boutique commissioned business
