As a Security Sales Specialist, you'll be selling Microsoft Security solutions to our largest enterprise customers. You'll manage senior-level business relationships, understand customer challenges and priorities, identify security opportunities, and build solutions and business cases to close sales. You'll use your industry and security knowledge, technical skills, and lead a virtual team of resources across Microsoft and our partner ecosystem.
You'll spend your time on customer-facing activities, driving sales conversations, attending internal meetings for collaboration and sales management, and participating in learning and development. We're looking for a passionate, experienced, and credible Security Specialist who is eager to develop and win sales opportunities that deliver significant customer value and accelerate their digital transformation journey. This role is flexible, allowing you to work up to 50% from home.

Responsibilities Assisting in the planning and management of security accounts across different regions. Helping to identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets. Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, such as CISOs, to promote the value of Microsoft's security platform. Understanding customer budgets, timelines, and buying processes. Learning about customer cloud and security projects, as well as the competitive landscape, to identify gaps and opportunities. Demonstrating and explaining cloud security solutions and relevant security architecture to customers. Collaborating with a virtual team to deliver value from discovery to demonstrating business benefits. Working with security partners to speed up the sales process and ensure a smooth deployment plan. Performing basic ROI and TCO analysis to build a strong business case for customers. Aiming to exceed quarterly and yearly revenue targets and other sales goals. Keeping sales records up to date with accurate forecasting and deal updates in the sales CRM. Qualifications A few years technology-related sales or account management experience
OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND A couple years technology-related sales or account management experience OR equivalent experience English and Italian - fluent
