In TDSYNNEX we are looking for an Internal sales specialized within Security Business Unit, responsible for processes and vendors pricing, manages all quotes and closes orders; incentivized based on part of the portfolioWHAT YOU WILL DOBuild excellent resellers and vendor sales relationships through proactive engagement and demonstrable specialist product knowledge, subject to clear managerial directionGenerate new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers.
Can have a detailed conversation with customers on solution and identify opportunities to involve the right people in the companyEngages in active inside selling by gathering relevant internal and external customer information and develops short, medium and long term activitiesManages reporting and customer backorder along specialist knowledge and engages in "intelligent project fishing"Either manages project end-to-end or hands over to pre sales for technical requirementsProvide, sell and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers and promotionsEnsure TD SYNNEX maintains service levels agreements with customersAttainment of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) such as customer engagementSell the benefits of using TD SYNNEX and the Company value propositionDevelops partner relationship (incl.
account planning, cross-selling etc.
