**SECURITY MANAGER - BAT**
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Develop, manage, and review security policies and procedure covering business and security risk management, crisis management, information security, supply chain security, and asset & personnel protection
- Support the implementation of information security procedures and plans in accordance with the Group Information Security Standard
- Manage incidents and breaches of security in cooperation within senior management
- Regularly brief SEA Security Manager on security matters
- Provide Loss Reports and security incident reports periodically
- Ensure that effective security programs are delivered to employees and to business partners
- Manage security resources and budgets including contracts, service providers and manned guarding
- Conduct security threat/risk assessments and maintain the Business Security Risk Assessment Review (SRM) for Italy
- Maintain contacts with relevant external stakeholders involved in security affairs
- Develop and implement security systems aiming to identify possible illicit activities and in case cooperate with other areas of the Business
- Support enforcement measures against illicit trade
- Liaise with counterparts within the tobacco industry and other enforcement agencies in order to share best practice and build up a network of useful contacts
- Participate in external training courses for law enforcement and develop and deliver training for other staff and Business functions.
**Experience required**:
- University degree
- Excellent command of English language (both oral and written)
- Professional knowledge in computer skills, Word, excel and PowerPoint
- Should have minimum of ten years of security experience
- Experience of dealing with information and intelligence, interpreting threats and risks and management of investigations
- Ability to maintain high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Solid organisational skills: the ability to be flexible and work well under pressure in a fast-paced team environment
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience of security management acquired in the corporate / commercial sector.
