The Security Manager, assigned to one of Pinkerton's largest global clients, will support the delivery and implementation of all elements of the corporate security program at client locations within a defined area of responsibility.
The Manager responds to, escalates, and tracks operational security concerns though to completion while working closely with the guardforce to deliver best-in-class security services.
Within a highly ambiguous and dynamically fluid environment, the Security Manager assists Area and Regional Security Managers in the delivery of the day-to-day security operations at multiple country sites, conducts a variety of security assessments, and implements mitigations.
Essential Functions: 1.
Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.

Deliver day-to-day security operations for a diverse portfolio of sites and customers with unique requirements.
3.
Implement security plans, policies, and programs in support of the team and organizational goals.
4.
Earn trust through key customer and stakeholder engagements and liaison with external partners.
5.
Along with Area and Regional Security Managers, build trusting and collaborative relationships with internal customers by delivering best-in-class services focused on enhancing the safety and security of the client's people and business.
6.
Track, monitor, and improve guardforce vendor performance, operational efficiency, security system health, and site performance.
7.
Conduct drills, tabletop exercises, and other security readiness activities across sites.
8.
Conduct comprehensive site security assessments and audits.
9.
Identify, escalate, and mitigate any potential gaps in security controls.
10.
Deliver project work packages to ensure achievement of milestones to meet team goals.
11.
Conduct initial incident investigations, special event coordination, and other safety, security, or business continuity initiatives.
12.
Align and implement Corporate Security metrics, goals, and strategic direction across functional areas in support of overall team mission.
13.
Serve as the trusted security advisor and subject matter expert within area of responsibility through high quality communication and strong briefing skills.
14.
All other duties, as assigned.
Education, Experience, and Certifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in criminal justice, security, law enforcement, internal relations, or business management with at least three years of global corporate security experience including service provider/vendor management.
