To keep our operations network secure and assure operational continuity, we are looking for an experienced professional who wants to join our External Fulfilment Network Solutions (EFNS) team as Program Manager (Individual Contributor - IC) for Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring that your area of responsibility efficiently and effectively provides security services and asset protection (i.e., lives, buildings, equipment, data, and professional property) through the design of physical infrastructure and processes across the EMEA Customer Fulfilment environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive operational and tactical risk-based security programs and projects specific to Customer Fulfilment within EMEA to prevent theft and losses.Develop risk-based as well as cost-effective security solutions and engage internal and external stakeholders to implement the security solutions.Create security standards, programs, assessments, and procedures and collaborate with key regional stakeholders for their consistent implementation.Ensure compliance to security standards and requirements, partner with stakeholders to implement effective audit programs to detect, prevent, and mitigate Customer Fulfilment losses, and follow up on definition and implementation of corrective action plans.Contribute to reducing business losses from security incidents by identifying and understanding vulnerabilities, MOs, and implementing appropriate protection measures.A Day in the LifeAs a Program Manager on the EFN team, you will support Security and Loss Prevention team with driving operational and tactical risk-based security projects and programs specific to External Fulfilment within EMEA.
To achieve this goal, you will develop and implement comprehensive security projects and programs aligned with organizational goals.
You identify, assess, as well as prioritize risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
You will also ensure that all security projects and programs comply with relevant laws, regulations, and local standards and you provide ongoing training on security best practices for the personnel involved in your projects and programs.About the TeamWorking with our stakeholders, Security and Loss Prevention secures the Amazon supply chain end-to-end and promotes security across business.
Sitting within Security and Loss Prevention, the EFN team does this by developing and implementing risk mitigation programs to prevent Security and Loss Prevention-related risks and vulnerabilities within the Customer Fulfilment environment as early as possible.
Continually assessing the programs and adjusting to support the ever-changing operational requirements, we deep dive root causes and embed standards and processes to improve productivity and prevent re-occurrence of incidents.
